Continuing Yoga * Dancing Sky Studio * 22 Colwell Street, Hadlock

Continuing Yoga classes are for experienced  yoga students. There is a strong focus on poses that develop core strength, inner stability, and balance. The breath will be our guide and constant companion during class. Special emphasis is given to alignment in order to build and maintain healthy joints. This class is appropriate for anyone with a home practice and who would enjoy the challenge of a vigorous yoga practice. Please bring your personal yoga mat.
