Continuing Yoga classes are for experienced yoga students only. There is a strong focus on poses that develop core strength, inner stability, and balance. The breath will be our guide and constant companion during class. Special emphasis is given to alignment in order to build and maintain healthy joints.
The studio is located at 629 Fillmore Street in Port Townsend.
Please bring your personal yoga mat.
