Restorative Yoga Online

Restorative – A deeply relaxing practice, supported by props that allow your body and mind to find a state of peace and calm. All levels of experience are welcome to join the class. Props are very helpful in this practice. Please have two yoga blocks available, a chair, a strap, three blankets and a bolster. If you need help finding the props, please contact Heather Sky.
